LABOR PREPARATION FOR MOM & PARTNER
Wednesday February 22nd
7pm to 8:30pm
Athens Public Library
This evening join local birth experts including doulas, midwives and childbirth educators to learn more about what you can do to prepare your mind, body and spirit for the upcoming arrival of your baby. We’ll discuss everything from movement and positions to use, visualization techniques and creating birth preferences, as well as ways in which partners can prepare. We will also have time for questions, so plan to join us later this month for a great meeting!
